The domain registration is recent. The archive is genuine. The audience is limited, and this notice does not suggest otherwise.
What is offered
A private strategic tier is available from US$18,000, covering exclusivity, custom migration, or brand transition. It is negotiated in writing and is not presented as a fourth option.
What is not included
- No trademark registration. No registered mark is claimed or transferred. “Zine” is descriptive in publishing and “HQ” is generic; the combination has limited inherent distinctiveness.
- No audience or revenue. No verified traffic, subscriber count, or income is included, and none is claimed.
- No clean-history warranty. The registration record is recent. Independent backlink, archive, and reputation checks have not been completed, and buyers should commission their own.
- No legal clearance. Buyers should obtain their own trademark and name clearance in the relevant classes, including 9, 16, 41, and 42.
Pricing basis
The domain-only figure reflects the upper range supportable for a six-letter .com with a narrow but identifiable buyer pool. The edition figure reflects the writing, design, trilingual editing, and code, and does not assume traffic. The turnkey figure purchases continuity: a handover period and four quarterly updates, so the archive does not become outdated immediately after transfer.
These figures open a written negotiation. They are not a checkout price and do not represent a valuation of an audience that does not yet exist. If the edition is not useful to you, the domain may be acquired on its own.
Process
- Intent. Send a brief note stating the tier under consideration and the intended use of the name.
- Call. A 30-minute conversation, without a slide deck. Scope and timing are established.
- Written scope. A one-page agreement covering assets, transfer method, handover dates, and exclusions.
- Transfer. Domain transfer through the registrar, with escrow if both parties require it.
- Handover. Repository, build instructions, content files, and a final walkthrough.
